OBRAS Y PROYECTOS AREMAR S.L. is a company specialised in works construction and total management, including both new works and restoration and with a refurbishment service.

The company was created in 2004 by third-generation construction professionals and strengthened by its founder�s more than 20 years of experience in the provinces of Granada, Málaga, and Almería.

Our principal objective is to provide works based on total quality, our clientele and the works completed being the best witness of this differentiating factor from the competition.

TOTAL QUALITY means to meet the requirements agreed with the client and exceed them.

It works directly for promoters, Public Administrations and individuals, entities that deposit their project and entrust the construction of this to a serious company that gives guarantee and confidence.

Our staff takes care of all the details, from the conditioning of the site, excavation, foundation, structure, masonry, insulation, coatings, carpentry, windows, electricity, plumbing, etc. When the work is finally finished the client receives the work ready to sell or enjoy it
